I loved everything about the property. The living space, the view everything was beautiful.

Great location, very clean feeling

Check In was a mess. There were multiple guest trying to check in late evening and no on could get a hold of anyone. The beds were horrible to sleep on. One guest moved to the couch because that was better, only one person could take a shower at a time and had to wait 2 hours in between each because of a plumbing issue. The place had 3 full baths but the shower issue made things difficult.

I loved that it was on the bay. I say that almost literally. The water was RIGHT THERE. So beautiful. It was in a convenient location. The living room and kitchen are great. Very clean.

I’m so sorry, but the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. We have stayed here twice before, but never in this 3 bedroom unit. We love Bay Club and we will come back again, but probably not in this particular unit.

Location and space

That you have to walk outside for indoor pool and jacuzzi . The power cord on tv in the master bathroom kept coming out

Separate rooms with separate bathrooms. Also, the swimming pool/spa was great! The view of the bay was gorgeous.

There was an elevator that worked fine, but where were the stairs?
