El desayuno estaba muy rico y el personal era muy amable. El baño estaba bastante bien.

Mucha humedad que casi no te deja dormir y cucarachas en la habitación. Cuando me fui a acostar una cucaracha estaba corriendo entre mis sábanas.

Location

This place urgently needs a renovation and mold removal. We arrived and it stank like mold in the whole room. Right next to where your head is supposed to be black mold came from under the wall paper. Someone just tried to paint over it. And the bathroom… once I saw the ceiling, rusting and rotting we left before even staying one night.

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation, which is located right in the heart of Hoi An’s old town a very convenient and charming area. The staff were always helpful and responsive, and communication through WhatsApp was fast and efficient. They offer a number of services such as bike rentals and laundry (although I didn’t use the laundry service myself, as I wasn’t aware it was available). They were also very helpful in arranging transportation both from my previous accommodation to theirs, as well as upon check-out. I requested a late check-out and was able to extend my stay for a small additional fee of 100,000 VND, which I found very reasonable. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place with thoughtful and efficient service.

One detail to be aware of: in the room photos, you may see a terrace, which could give the impression it is private. However, this terrace is actually shared and located on the rooftop, not directly attached to the room. Also, for guests who are sensitive to noise, please note that the private rooms are situated quite close to the staircase. Sounds from people walking or talking in the stairwell or in the lobby, if you're on the first floor can be heard clearly from the room.
