The young lady at check-in spoke English well. She was also very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp and gave us help with food recommendations. We were able to refill our waterbottles from a kind of watercooler tap in the kitchen. The coffee from the free breakfast was nice. The first morning it was too sweet. I asked to reduce the amount of condensed milk in the coffee via WhatsApp and then it was fine. Breakfast was mostly fine, except that if you select noodles, it came cold because the staff buy the noodles on the way to work. After the first morning, we opted for bread and eggs, and banana pancake, because these came warm as they were cooked in the kitchen (not bought). Banana pancake was good!

My TRIPLE room (no balcony, facing the back of the building) was TERRIBLE. Unfortunately, there was no other TRIPLE room to change to, so we were stuck with the MOULDIEST hotel room. It was on the second floor. It has a wooden window which opens to reveal a brickwall (you can touch the brick wall if you stretch out your hand) and above the wall there is a skylight. So there is some air circulation, right? Except, this airwell is also the exhaust vent for the kitchen. Whenever some cooking is done, the room fills up with the smell of food. We got that experience every night when staff cook their dinner (after usual dinner hours). About the terrible MOULD on the ceiling - the false ceiling had some wooden slats on the left side - and the mould is 90% in there (so the room smells super MUSTY. Something must be dropping (perhaps peeling paint or mould?) from the ceiling where the wooden slats are, so they put a blanket above the slats to catch whatever was dropping from the ceiling, so it would not land on the beds below. I bet the blanket was moulding away big time too! I also came down with a sorethroat the next day - was it the mould? I have attached photos but BK won't show you the photos. I know they won't because BK didn't show the photos for another acommodation which had lots of mould too

The staff was amazing, delicious breakfast (with a few local options, which is pretty neat). The lady at the reception helped us by putting us to another room with a window:)

The original room we booked didnt have any windows, which we only found out arriving there, it was also very damp.

We arrived here and the check in was great. Comfortable beds and good rooms with hot or cold showers depending what you want. The staff here is incredible helpful and while assist you as much as they can

Friendly staff and nice spacious room, it was nice and clean! The burger from Vegasburger downstairs was great!

The plug near my bed didn't work, so I had to use a plug on the wall opposite the bed
