Great staff, lovely room, and perfect location.

Reception was a bit run down and cluttered and so it unclear that it was a hotel reception, but otherwise things were great!

Cleaning and breakfast

The staff was nice, the lady cooking breakfast was very sweet and we could tell she cooked with passion because it tasted great. We requested a change of the room because the one we got was very bad and we didn't have a good night rest at all, so the next night we got different room with balcony for the next night which was nice.

The room we booked online turned out to be without window = mold in the bathroom, bad smell that couldn't be removed because there's no window or access to any fresh air. The bed was either old and/or broken because we were rolling to the middle of it at night and felt sore in the morning. The floor was so dusty that after few steps we had black feel soles and we could see our footprints on the floor

The rooms were very small, and there was a window to the hall which let in noise.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and you can change every day. Our room was very comfortable with balcony. We really enjoyed our time here and Hoi An. Highly recommended and we will come back again

We were able to check in early and got an upgrade :) Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable Location was a few blocks from the old quarter

TV options were limited to Youtube

location and the staff were nice. we also rented bikes for pretty cheap which was nice.

we didn’t have a room with a window and the room itself was worn down. bathroom was a bit dirty too. breakfast could have been better
