The approach road is a little bumpy for low clearance vehicles.

Clean and tidy , good location cosy environment

This is nothing to do with the property or stay , it was just the long road to the property. The green patch grass in the middle was high, so the car was scrapping the bottom. Everything else was perfect

On a personal level didn't realise our rooms were top floor my elderly dog was not enamoured with the stairs bless him

The location is gorgeous - so quiet and peaceful, very remote feel - but easily accessible to get out and explore. The room is perfect - spacious, great views and well equipped. The owners were so incredibly helpful and kind, responding quickly to queries I sent before and during our stay.

A lovely spacious en-suite room with extensive views of the fells in a quiet location just a short drive from Silecroft. We would highly recommend Hole House Farm for anyone wanting somewhere close to the sea and hills in a quiet corner of the Lake District.
