Good ubication

Unfortunately, my experience during this stay was very negative. My backpack was stolen from my hotel room, and the hotel took absolutely no responsibility for what happened. Communication was extremely inefficient due to their policy of handling everything at a distance — it was difficult to get clear answers or any meaningful support. The only person who genuinely tried to help was Sebastian, from the hotel assistance team. Thanks to his involvement and persistence, the issue was at least acknowledged. Without him, I believe the hotel would have simply forgotten the incident altogether. It is very disappointing that such a serious situation was met with such indifference from the hotel itself. I cannot recommend a place that fails to take basic responsibility for the safety and well-being of its guests.
