Location, staff, clean, comfortable

The apartment doesn't look like the pictures. Pictures are a scam. The bed is an unfolded sofa of the size 160 cm and not a big bed as looks like on the pictures. It has a separation between 2 parts, so not possible to sleep in the middle or sleep together as a couple. They provide only a blanket of the size of 140 cm x 200 cm per person. They dont have a big blanket, only blankets this size. It was super uncomfortable to sleep as it was cold during the nigh even in late June and I was begging to provide me a big blanket or an additional second blanket, they refused very rudely. The service is terrible. They ask you to wash all the plates, take the trash out and take off all the bed sheets yourself for your departure. The bed doesn't have a brown cover like on the pics, neither it has a white cozy blanket on the top, neither it has decorative pillows. The apartment is not the same like on the pictures. The tables don't have vases with flowers, neither there are candles. The sofa doesn't have a blanket. They made really good pictures for selling the apartment, when I asked them why the apartment is not the same they found different excuses such as they had to remove the candles for safety purposes etc but they didn't redo the pictures. I have stayed with this company in another apartment in the city (I didn't know at the moment of booking it was the same company, they own so many apartments!) and I had the same issues, the apartment would look much poorer in the reality than on the pictures. It was missing all the decorative furniture objects and they were again providing only 140 cm x 200 cm blanket and I was able to partly reimburse my stay with Airbnb because it was a mess. They also showed a poor service, like didn't care and tried to lie and lie about missing objects. And yes the noice starts at 7am and lasts till 5 pm, it does disturb the sleep completely even with the closed windows. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

The position, the price and the security of the place

The entire building was under renovation and so there are workers, materials around the public areas. The building is an old hospital and so is quite strange the common areas.

The shower

This property had nice funiture, very well put together decor.. The bed was comfortable which was plus for the nights we were there. Had a very spacious which was quite different from the ones i stayed at previously on my trip. Wish i wouldve stayed long

No iron to iron clothes But everything was great.

The host is invisible,, communicate error

If some problem occurs no one is there to communicate, the phone will not receive ,

Location was perfect

The photos weren’t reflective of the apartment we stayed in. It’s a lot more basic. Apartment changed name to ‘Construction Work’ the week before our visit, it was noisy work around 7:30am when we stayed.

I had a great stay! The location was perfect - close to everything I needed. The check-in process was very smooth and easy to follow, and communication with the host was clear and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend!

One thing that felt a bit unusual was being asked to leave used bedding and towels by the door and take out the trash ourselves before checking out. It wasn’t a big issue, but just something to be aware of.
