USSuper convenient location, good kitchen amenities, clean and plenty of space in the unit. We especially appreciated how helpful the staff were when we needed to change our booking. The self check-in was convenient.
The decor was a bit sterile and the common areas could have been more freshly cleaned.
USUSRoom was comfortable and clean and quiet. It was close to restaurants and shops and right across the street from the harbor, which was lovely.
There was a cleaner used on the entire facility (I assume a cleaner) that smelled ghastly and gave me a terrible headache. The odor was strongest at the main entrance, but was could smell it in our room also. I had to open the window to air out the room but then I was too cold to sleep. The smell was mostly gone by the next day so my second night was more comfortable. The hot water for a shower barely got above luke warm. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. I am chemical sensitive.
USVery clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It had everything I needed. Plus, it's a great location.
A truck parked outside my windows at 5am to unload supplies for a restaurant, but thst wasn't their fault.

Had to go to a different location to check in, which was awkward on my motorcyle.. Neither of the televisions worked. Multiple texts to the desk didn't resolve the issue.

The TV didn't work in the bedroom or the the living room. The parking was atrocious. Having to travel to reach the front office was questionable??
