Had to go to a different location to check in, which was awkward on my motorcyle.. Neither of the televisions worked. Multiple texts to the desk didn't resolve the issue.

The TV didn't work in the bedroom or the the living room. The parking was atrocious. Having to travel to reach the front office was questionable??

Housekeeping had some serious issues. I did address with management and am satisfied that it'll be corrected.
USRoom was very clean and comfortable; Bed and Pillows were also very comfortable. Location was great, everything worked. there was no view from the room, but I didn't expect one based on the location of the facility
Never saw an employee. we traveled with another couple, and when we requested blankets, we had to walk two blocks to get them to another Frank location
