USLocation is great and the staff is very nice. The room itself was cute.
The bed is not very comfortable and you can hear all of the guest with shared wall or above you walking around or moving things. It is very noisy with any outside sounds and inside due also to a large gap under the door that we put a towel there to keep out light

I’ve stayed at this property a few times before, and my past experiences were all positive. However, this time I rated it lower for two main reasons: During my stay, there was trash and a pile of used bedding left by the entrance inside the building, in front of our room. I specifically chose a room with a small kitchen, as I had before, because it previously included a small electric stove—perfect for preparing simple meals. However, after requesting a stove upon arriving in the room, I was informed that it has not been provided since early October, with no prior notice. Had this been clearly stated on the booking website, I would have chosen a different room type.
USI think it’s the cleanest place I stay at in Westport. A big part of that is the no pets policy which I appreciate as it doesn’t trigger my allergies like most places do.
I wish they had a plug I could use to charge my car while I’m here.
USUSThe location of the property was great. It was within everything in the town. It was close to a good Mexican restaurant that my family and I had one day for dinner.
We didn’t have any/enough blankets during our stay. Our bed had a few sheets in place of an actual blanket so it was kinda cold at night. We booked this motel specifically for the hot plate, we were told the hot rooster was no longer in use after our booking could no longer be cancelled.

There was paint on the floors from the recent renovation. The “new mattress was hard as a rock. The door to my room had over a 1” gap at the floor allowing cold drafts and noise to enter the room. The hot water heater was not working and the water was yellow. I had reserved the room for 3 nights and at 1:30pm on the afternoon of what was to be my last night I received a text message saying that the electricity was going to be turned off by the City from 9pm to 8 am for “a planned outage”. They offered to give me a flashlight and an extra blanket!!! I found out that the “planned outage” had been planned for a couple of weeks so they should NEVER HAVE TAKEN MY RESERVATION.
