USUSThe hotel was clean and in a great location near the water. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. Coffee was also provided in the room, which was convenient and a nice touch.
There were only two full size towels provided in the bathroom, though I paid for three people to stay in the room. Also, the location we stayed at didn't have a front desk, and we needed to travel a couple blocks down the road to check in.
USUSIt was a cute room and well located, but the walls were incredibly this with no sound proofing. We could hear everything the people said in the next room plus their snoring all night. No carpet in the hallway so they woke us up when they came back to their room at midnight.
Staff is incredible
USLocation was nice, kitchen had sufficient pots/pans/utensils to be able to cook in. Great value for a nice spot. Bed was super comfortable, suites seemed to be recently renovated/redecorated. The suite was clean. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants, the maritime museum, and not too far from the fisherman's wharf.
You have to check in for your stay at a different building off site. The door both into the building and in the suites do not lock automatically. It was a little concerning that if another guest didn't remember to lock the outer door that anyone would be able to walk in. Parking is limited and didn't seem to be assigned. Tsunami evacuation map was not provided on check in or in the room. Very little information was provided by staff on check in - I was just given my room number and code, the lock situation was not mentioned nor was parking, wifi, etc. Walls were thin, but fortunately others staying respected quiet times so it wasn't really a problem.
