I have stayed at this property before with no issues. This time, I arrived 2 hours after check-in to an unserviced room. Out of hours messaging was extremely slow to the point of giving up. Cleaners arrived the next morning without so much as a word from the company, and follow-up emails have gone ignored. I understand mistakes happen, I don't mind that, but I will not be booking here again, simply due to the poor response from the management.
