This property is in a very poor council estate with drunks druggies and dealers in the houses surrounding it I wouldn’t put a dog in it and I don’t stay there for safety and other reasons This was a scary place and I refused to stay as It looked so poor I went and bought a tent instead I want a refund as this is not the accommodation anyone with any standards would stay in

The area and the topless drunks in the house opposite the small of pot and the graffiti on all the houses

Shocking location, classic cash farm.. Codes not working, WiFi not working. One thermostat for all rooms. Bed too short I'm 6'1.

On housing estate. 5 minutes walk from large Tesco a bonus when you can cook your own food Full kitchen use including microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer

The worst costumer service there is. I asked an invoice to be provided for me. 2 months have passed still waiting. contacted booking.com, called them, wrote to them..nothing. Now they just ghost. So if you stay there and plan to use your company to pay for it, just don't.

My room was ensuite. The wifi was smooth and the room was comfortable also. The house was generally very neat.

I think the shower in my room can be improved as it was hard to regulate the cold and hot water
