There should be a clear signage in underground parking mentioning that reception is at Level 2. Flat 3-pin power outlet only available for mini fridge and TV, no separate one for charging.

"Location for YENEPOYA good . Need good power back up and lift working"

Location

No electricity back . Power cut in night for 1 hour. We enjoyed night darkness. While checkout lift was not working and imagine the carrying luggage from 3 rd floor to ground floor

"Decent stay at Aurelia Comforts"

1./ The room and the bath were very clean. 2./ The hotel staff was cooperative and helpful.

1./ The advertised room had a balcony shown in the pictures. The one we were allotted did not have one. 2./ The breakfast spread was poor and repetitive ( with a couple of changes ). No eggs was a downer for us. 3./ Had to order dinner by 6:30 pm or else look for options outside. That felt weird. 3./ Only one side of the bed had a socket to plug in. That was very inconvenient. This might be nitpicking a bit but it was important for us.
