Aurelia Comforts - Deralakatte

Aurelia Comforts is really a surprise and a very good one. I would say I would rate is 5 or 10 whichever has the topmost rating. The property was spic and span, exceptionally clean which made me very happy, the staff were very prompt, efficient, polite and really went out of the way to help. The managers Sandhya, Shrikant and the night manager, Room Service boys Unais, Tushant and others, even the housekeeping lady. Overall a top class facility

Room was good and clean. Staffs including the security were very helpful and polite.

Breakfast did have eggs at all. No protein options or fruits at all. The kettle was not clean. It had milk remnants in it. Got it replaced but still the same so I had to clean it myself. They gave coffee, tea, sugar and cups but nothing to stir. Some minor stuffs like these could have been avoided for a better experience.

Breakfast was reasonable but you can add few more things. The location was very good.

There is no restuarant for the given price point which is disappointing
