Beautiful downtown Anchorage 1

Bottom floor, washer and dryer, two separate rooms, big living room., dining room and decent sized kitchen. Lots of dishes and utensils!

Easy to get to and very comfortable, but

Easy to get to and near the places we needed to go, clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood and great communication from host.

Closets, drawers and cabinets cluttered with empty boxes and random items for home repairs. Kitchen cabinets cluttered with random food items. Did not have a full size coffee maker or any kind of tea pot for heating water. Appeared to be several small repair projects under way or repairs that needed to be done.

Location was good.

Cleanliness was terrible. We found hanging underwear on the bedroom door handle, bathroom dirty, house in general was rundown.

Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable accommodations. Easy access, & functionality. Host is a good communicator.

I liked the home type environment. Kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose. Washer & dryer was a huge plus. There were just the 2 of us, but it would be a great deal for families. We had 2 bedrooms & a sectional. Small backyard. Downtown is just 2 miles away. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent over the phone customer service. We stayed 3 days.

Had an issue with the TV. I needed some kind of written instructions. Communication is all thru the phone. Although I must say the property manager was super helpful! Also the front door lock was to high tech for us old people lol. Figured it out but was kind of stressful until we did. It definitely needs a coffee table in the living room, no place to put drinks in the living room.

Property was suitable for our needs for one night, just needed a place to sleep

Not in a great neighborhood. Needs some updating but was clean.

Good value for Anchorage

Not bad, but could us some refreshing. We messed up the lock code and it was about 15 minutes to get in touch with owner, so pretty good response time.
