"Neither beautiful, nor downtown!"

It was reasonably clean

Despite the name, the property is not “ downtown” The shower was poor, no milk in the fridge

Owner was communicative. Great to have laundry facilities.

Apartment was not as pictured. Could use some paint and updating. Bathroom overall needs updating.

The extra room was nice.

I went to open the bedroom window for air. The window area was very dirty. I decided not to go there. The coffee maker didn't work so had to leave earlier than planned to make a coffee stop.
