"Please refund me my money."

After booking the property, the owner’s phone was off and I waited outside for almost an hour until I divided to book another property. I am still waiting for my refund but I know I won’t get it. Booking.com is disgusting!!

The owner called in the middle of the night claiming they have been trying to contact me, no access code to the property nothing.
