Apartment was spacious, enough natural light and the environment was safe and secured.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to the condition of the apartment upon arrival. The blanket provided was extremely dirty, with visible yellow stains. Both dining chairs were broken, there was a large, dirty stain on the couch, and the bathroom ceiling had significant mould—bad enough to be genuinely concerning. I reported all of this within 2 hours of checking in. The host responded and said cleaners would come the following day (Saturday). I received a call from the cleaner at 9:00 AM on Saturday saying they were coming, but they only arrived at 2:30 PM, bringing a new blanket and a throw. When it came to the stained couch, the cleaners suggested bringing someone in to clean it after they left, which would have been highly inconvenient and inconsiderate of our comfort and peace of mind during the stay. Instead of focusing on resolving the issues professionally, the cleaners spent time blaming and bad-mouthing the previous guests, which I found unprofessional and irrelevant to my experience. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleaning and maintenance standards going forward
