The host was amazing. He did absolutely everything to make us comfortable. The restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced. Rooms were a good size. Pool was great. Will definitely stay here again.

The beds were a little hard for my liking but didn't stop us sleeping well.

We loved the pool and the huge, spacious rooms. Trung, who built the hotel and hosted us, was very friendly and picked us up from the sleeper bus stop, and dropped us off there when left. The breakfast was delicious, and the location, while out of town, was an easy walk or ride in through the stunning countryside.

While I suppose it's not really a reflection on the the hotel itself, we booked at VIP bus at the hotel which was more expensive than the prices we were quoted in town. The bus was claustrophobic, overbooked and overcrowded, and a pretty unpleasant ride (see Queen Cafe reviews elsewhere). It would have improved out trip to have the transport reflect the quality of the stay. I am not sure if other options were available for where we were going, but I'd suggest shopping around and avoiding the Queen Cafe buses if at all possible (wish we had!).

We arrived at 4 am and we were picked up in the center of phong Nha. We arrived in the room and it was perfect. The next morning we woke up with a beautiful view and a very nice breakfast. He helped us arrange a daytrip and a bus to the next location. All in all, a prefect stay in Phong Nha !!
