Amazing location outside of town that has the best sunsets. Very quiet. Great new and spacious rooms that are well equipped. Host is super helpful, drove me from and to the bus stop on arrival and departure, helped organising onward travel, renting a scooter, getting dinner, late check out...

- Very friendly staff who helped us with everything such as book an amazing cave-adventure, the transfer to Tam Coc, picked us up and drove us into town for dinner for free at our first evening - We could also use the pool and a shower for free after check-out and he drove us again to our transfer. - very nice included breakfast (no charge for coffee or tea) - quiet location with very nice view - clean room and pool - excellent price-to-value-ratio!

Minor complaints: - the beds were a little hard but still decent - there were some ants in the room but with mosquito repellent it was no problem

The owner was very friendly, he picked us up and took us to the bus stop for free. Helped us book our onward bus ticket and even gave us a room after we had checked out to shower and freshen up as our bus didn't arrive until 9:30pm. Spacious rooms, with a balcony and a large pool! Would definitely stay again.

Ran by a young man named Trung who has been in Phong Nha his whole life and recently opened up this homestay. He's doing a fantastic job. Really nice location, out of the main town but an easy ride in on a scooter which he can provide. The rooms are spacious and the ones upstairs have a great view over the mountains. A lovely selection is available for breakfast. We arrived late and left late and both times Trung drove us to the bus stop which was really appreciated. He also organised our bus tickets for a fair price and let us shower late in the evening after we'd checked out. A very nice experience and we would recommend.

The hosts are amazing, friendly and helpful, they even let us have a shower after checking out. The room is very good value for money

Had a perfect stay at hill villas, really beautiful location with the mountain view. Everything is taken care of for you like pick up from bus station, booking tours, rent motorbike and even booking my onward travel and order food to the hotel for me after a long day trekking.
