V Boutique Hotel - Complimentary refreshments

We enjoyed the location and value for money that this place offered. It was perfect for us

Theres not much to not like however if I was to be super picky, there’s a slight language barrier but nothing super big, just pulled out the google translate and all is well.

(+) Located in a quiet and palatial villas area nobbut exclusive 1-2 mins away to get to the main street - Hoang Hoa Tham. It won't cost you any long to any of dining/sightseeing spots from the hotel. This is indubitably one of my top criteria for accomodation choice. (+) Fairly been in operation for close by 4 months as I've been told, facilities are the prominent if compared to other same segment’s. Everything here is quite new and looks eye-catching. (+) Cleanliness is even more needful to me than outer beauty. As luck would have it well fulfilled. The cleanliness in the white and blue painted wall tone is one of such things which helping us fit relaxed. (+) Rooftop pool is also a conspicuous highlight notwithstanding the fact that you could not compare it with high-rise hotels or apartments. Nevertheless having said that it is pretty in actual fact and enough view for photos. A bit regret since there’s no swimming area for adults or could be even thoroughly still shallow for swimmers. (+) Room amenities could make you do-nothing but lying whole day. Air conditioning system is in good trim; smart TV with free access to Netflix, Youtube...; comfortable pillow; modern toilet equipment, easy usage; little endearing balcony, etc... (+) Should be an omission if forgotten the human factor at V-Boutique. A fresh exquisite hotel operated frictionlessly by a well-trained and hospitable staff. The manner of the receptionists here equally surprised me bit because of the professionalism not recurrently seen in middle-sized segment. (+) Those plus above have most likely enraptured you, right? Even so that's not the entirety... Neither had we much indeed time nor options for this trip. Awared of the predetermined crowding and room queue of Sunday mornings. Yet we were at rest kept up by an early check-in. Nothing more than escaping the bustling crowds of weekend mornings by an early check-in. We remarkably appreciate this.

Needless to say that nothing is absolute and it goes without saying you could downright become finer through feedback from your own guests. Solely a few to keep in mind to straightforwardly fix and renovate. • Toilet smell early in the morning. • I assume that there is a policy of saving energy by setting the timer of the A.C system in hotel rooms. I shouldn't have got in the way of it if it had not disrupted our night' sleep by a direct route. It's not congenial being sweaty at mid night and having to get up and approach the door to turn it back on. And this emerged twice throughout the time of the night. • Build up direct customer care at the front desk/area by asking about instantaneous guest experience for appropriate action if needed. • Ever thought of breakfast service in near future ? Count me as morale-boosting for this idea. • Think of a membership program for guest retention. Objectively speaking, my previous reasonable special requests were not met as well as upon my arrival no matter however it may even be harboured no grudge against by what we received from here. I think a "9" for this stay is based on substantiality yet a supreme score is unhesitating because of my inamorato and as well for the exhortation as a who used to be in the same industry. A mini-break for my belated birthday celebration in a immensely familiar and preferred maritime city to us but why this time bore true much nostalgia ? My inamorato couldn't hold jabbering about the trip even though nigh on a week.

I had a wonderful stay at V Boutique Hotel in the heart of Vũng Tàu. The hotel's modern design and clean rooms are impressive, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, with excellent English skills. Despite its central location, the area is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by numerous restaurants and amenities. Vũng Tàu beach is also within walking distance. The value for money was excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay

Professional staff, nice and clean rooms

The soundproofing between rooms is not good, the pool water is cloudy, it doesn't feel clean

The hotel is a small but modern and clean hotel in Vung Tau ward 2 about 1km from the beachfront. It is clean and bright with front of house staff that are friendly and eager to assist you for a pleasant stay.

My only complaint is that the booking.com description did claim the room had, 1. A safety deposit box, 2. a dining table and space to dine and most notably, 3. a washing machine with which to do my laundry. This was wrong and the hotel response to my problem was inadequate and ill considered.

Just stayed at V Boutique Hotel - everything felt fresh and new, the room and furniture were spotless.

The area was a bit on the quiet side.
