The room was very spacious, modern and clean. A great value. The staff was very friendly and let me check in early since the room was available and clean. Water, coffee, and other refreshments were available in the lobby which was simple but elegant.

The room had a TV but there were no cable channels. You could sign in to one of many streaming platforms however due to geo-restrictions none of my services worked in Vietnam. The pool was beautiful, however there were no tables or chairs to put your towel, clothes, personal belongings on. I had to leave it on the ground around the pool.

They wanted twice the price for me to stay an extra night compared to my 6 night average price.per night. Naturally I did not stay as I felt that was an insult. No opportunity to negotiate

The bed was great, motorbike hire on site was great.

They changed my room and no shower was included, bath shower not suitable. The fridge didn’t work which was disappointing.

V Boutique Hotel has been saved for my most favorite hotel in VungTau. Everything at V was so exceptional; the customer service was phenomenal; they greeted me in warmly way; has served Vietnamese sponge cake and refreshing ice soda drinks during my check-in time; I was so impressed with how they put efforts into making customers feel valued. When stepped into a room, the room itself was so luxurious, spacious and comfortable, with modern, stylish furnitures, and had a beautiful window view. The location is great; located in central, just a 3-minute walk away, I can access a few of the most popular restaurants in the city. However, there was one limited thing; the hotel was not ready to offer breakfast yet, but they did offered a free self-snack station in the lobby. In the morning, I could freely grab a few biscuits and have either a cup of coffee or soda drinks. This really shows how generous hospitality has been highlighted. Overall, this place had everything that I could wish for.✌️
