Die Beschilderung bzw. die Anfahrt über die Booking Beschreibung war etwas mangelhaft. Ein paar kleine Hacken zum aufhängen der Wäsche und Handtücher und ein Brett unterm Spiegel um seine Utensilien zu verwahren,würde die Unterkunft aufwerten

We truly enjoyed our stay! The camp is so close to the Masai Mara that we could see zebras right near our tent, and at night we could even hear wild animals in the distance — such a unique and memorable experience. The staff really made our trip special. Nelson One, Nelson Two, Felix, and Simon were all incredible — humble, hardworking, and always genuine. Simon especially stood out as both our campfire host and night guard. He even gave a special gift to my son: Masai stick. And we took it home in a suitcase. They went above and beyond every day, and we were glad to tip them because they truly deserve it (in fact, they deserve a raise!). The food was delicious and freshly prepared each day, though we think a bit more variety would make it even better, since the meals were mostly the same (meat, rice, and vegetables). Overall, it was a wonderful experience, thanks to the amazing team and the unforgettable setting. We would definitely recommend this camp to anyone visiting the Masai Mara.

We liked everything. Beautiful atmosfere, we heard animals through the night, we saw giraffes in the morning. Staff is just great, so cheerfull and on your service all the time. Tent is clean, and you have everything you need in it. Dinners and breakfasts are very tasty. We also booked 12hrs safari with them, and it was great! Our guide/driver was very interesting, he told us everything about animals we saw, and we saw everything there is to see! I couldn’t recommend this place more !

Kambu Campers Mara Camp is a wonderful lodge, and is highly recommended. Our family of 4 greatly appreciated our stay. The tents and facilities were impeccable, and the food was delicious. Nathan, the owner, is very professional, dependable, attentive and diligent. The personnel are also very friendly and helpful. Nathan has organised our transport from Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, a Game Drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve, a visit to a Masai Village and finally our transport to the Keekorok Airstrip and everything was great and flawless. I would definitely recommend Kambu Campers for your stay, as well as your activities while visiting the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

This was a fantastic value. It was charming, comfortable, welcoming, and hundreds of dollars less expensive than similar camps. The location is not in the park, it’s about a 15 minute drive. I stayed in a tented camp on the mara river two years ago for $700. The food was a bit more upscale, and the location unbeatable. But except for that, the experience was pretty much the same. Lovely campfire, rustic dining, space, welcoming staff.

For the value, there was nothing that I didn’t like. The food is very basic, but I found it delicious, especially the dinner.

This camp is fantastic. It is in a beautiful location, with gorgeous views. We had zebras wandering up to the perimeter and could hear the hyenas "laughing" at night. The tents were lovely with lights, en-suite, hot water. Everything you could need. Food was delicious and plentiful. Sitting around the campfire, immersed in Mara wildlife sounds with the stars above can not be beaten. I can't recommend this camp enough. Big shout out to Felix, Nelson and Chef Nelson who were the best hosts and couldn't do enough for us.

Nothing about the camp. A few things on other activities though this is not a reflection on the camp. The Masai village was 30USD per person and we were there for an hour. It was really interesting but with a family of 5, felt like a bit of a rip off. It felt too intimidating to haggle. Our safari guide was OK but felt he didn't volunteer much information after the first few hours, and we had to keep asking questions to get information. It felt like he was going through the motions of driving up around the reserve. I also felt he got a bit too close to the animals.

The staff was exceptional. The location of the camp was excellent, with giraffes passing in front of the tents regularly.

The food was good, but a but repetitive.

We hadden een prachtige tijd bij Kambu Camp. We werden hartelijk ontvangen ende comfort tent deed zijn naam eer aan. We hebben genoten van de wonderlijke safari onder begeleiding van Alan. ‘S avonds konden we steeds genieten van het heerlijke eten van Nelson. Enorme aanrader op te verblijven.
