Royal mansion in Unirii Square

Nothing good can be said about this property, except it's location.

Don't book this property, its a fraud. Disgusting, the place smelled of nicotine, was extremely dirty, mold in the shower, hairy, dirty shower drain, sink and toilet, no toiletries, sheets not changed, hair, dust on floors; brown smears on walls, sticky kitchen table, dirty slippers left behind. Hazards: hanging power outlets, unplugged gas detector. Property description pictures different from reality. Note to booking.com: we suggest the inspection of this property, its removal from your website. Edit on 03.02.2025: After seeing the owner's response to the original post, I wrote him to discuss about the refund that he "offered". He responded insinuating that I am blackmailing him and proposed to refund some of the sum but only if I deleted my review, which I rejected! To this date I have not received any refund and I would like to point out that not only is the location in an awful state but the owner is also untrustworthy. I really question the legitimacy of the high reviews on the property....

Location in very centre

Theres only 1 real bedroom and they are renting it like its a 3 bedroom , 1 bed is a sofa that goes big in the living room The other bed is a semi bedroom theres no actual walls just a curtain .

Close to amenities, very spacious

Only one bathroom Things are not well maintained. You cannot used the table and chairs from the dining area since chairs are bar stools and they are too tall. Coffee machine doesn’t work. Door from the shower barely hanging. Pictures don’t reflect reality. We have in the pictures a sofa with different chairs in the kitchen in reality they have been replaced with other things.

Very central and very clean

It was great

Everything was perfect! The Apartment is extraordinary beautiful and has a lot of space and a kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom Was a dream and the location was perfect for exploring the City! We had a little but of difficulties with finding the key (but it was our fault, we did not see the Email where everything was described until later) and called the owner. The owner immediatly helped us!

Location

There was a powerful mold odor and stained walls all over the apartment. The pictures are misleading and the price unreasonable for the state of it.
