Stanza microscopica non si poteva aprire la valigia, o sdraiati o in bagno. Non hanno pulito la stanza. Allarme antifumo che suonava tutta la notte. La colazione senza caffè.

Location is fantastic, and the staff were very polite and accommodating

We encountered several issues during our stay. The drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the bed cover provided was too small for couples. Additionally, the room had no windows, only two small skylights without curtains, which limited natural light and privacy. When we arrived for breakfast, we found that very little food was left, and it was not replenished during the service. Furthermore, the rooms were not tidied up daily, which was disappointing. We also noticed that the room we booked looked different from the pictures provided, and the lack of private parking was not clearly communicated. Lastly, the information regarding cash payment discounts could have been more explicit during the booking process. Thank you for considering this feedback.
