We decided we wanted to move out and change hotels on the very first night. I spoke to the hotel manager about the refund considering all of our complaints. The manager told me they had no objections, and that I must speak to Booking about the refund, because they cannot deposit money back to us directly. We agreed then that they’d refund us for 6 nights out of 7. After receiving this reassuring confirmation from the manager, we booked another hotel and left the following morning. After numerous requests that I sent to Customer Care and a phone call directly to their Customer Service Center, Booking has finally looked into my issue and offered me a refund… worth 25€. The email also mentioned that “no agreement was reached” between me and the hotel management. I sent a message to the hotel via the Booking app, asking for clarification, and they have been ignoring me since. Booking Customer Care does not respond to my emails anymore either.

**Kein Meerblick, viele Probleme – leider nicht zu empfehlen** - Obwohl ich ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht habe, war **kein Meerblick vorhanden** – ich habe sogar ein Foto als Beweis beigefügt. - Direkt vor dem Balkon liegt **Sperrmüll**, was die Atmosphäre zusätzlich beeinträchtigt. - Die **Balkontür lässt sich kaum öffnen**, da ein Schrank den Zugang blockiert. - Ich musste das Zimmer **dreimal wechseln**: - Erste Tür funktionierte nicht. - Nach mehreren Technikereinsätzen und rund drei Stunden Wartezeit wurde das Zimmer gewechselt – sehr mühsam. - Ich buche immer absichtlich **Zimmer mit Safe**, doch: - Es war zwar ein Safe vorhanden, **aber ohne Schlüssel**, niemand konnte mir helfen. - Das **Badezimmer roch unangenehm**, es wirkte schlecht gereinigt. - **Shampoo und Duschgel fehlten**, obwohl dies laut Beschreibung enthalten sein sollte. Angeblich sollte es **zwei Tage nach meinem Check-out geliefert werden** – völlig unakzeptabel. **Fazit:** Preis und Beschreibung stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. **Keine Empfehlung.**

Servicen var meget dårlig. Værelset lignede slet ikke billederne. Fjernsynet virkede ikke, og det blev ikke repareret i en hel uge. Der blev ikke gjort rent, og håndklæderne blev ikke skiftet. Morgenmaden var elendig.

Quarto triplo é muito apertado. Para quem vai com uma mala grande e uma de mão, não tem espaço pra abrir. Pela foto parece maior, mas realmente é muito apertado.As malas ficam em frente as camas e no corredor de passagem , passando uma pessoa por vez. O armário aberto de metal não dá conta. Na verdade seria um duplo casal pequeno no qual colocam a cama solteiro. Não teria como 3 camas solteiro pelo espaço. Só havia uma chave de quarto, pedimos uma cópia para quem quisesse voltar antes e não havia cartão extra. O rapaz ofereceu ums chave comum que na hora qud alguém chegasse ele iria até lá abrir. Não acho certo para um triplo. Embora no booking.com haja a informação de 13 m2, não nos atrntamos a isso, porqud na foto parece maior do que realmente era. Café da manhã fraco, sem frutas, sem iogurte, sem suco, café em pó solúvel quase acabando.
