Location was spectacular, beautiful lakeside view. The accommodations were very clean. Host was very accommodating throughout our stay.

Bed was uncomfortable.

Our stay at LoZa house exceeded our expectations! This is the type of property I can imagine seeing in a magazine such as Architectural Digest. It’s simply magnificent inside and out, from the spectacular views to the immaculate beautifully decorated interior. The screened in porch was a bonus along with the personalized hot tub and swimming off the dock (only a few steps down from our door). Lastly and most importantly, the hosts Jon and his family were incredibly warm, friendly and hospitable. We really enjoyed our conversations and appreciated our parting personalized drawings from Lorenzo and Zara. We will treasure fond memories of our stay here.

This property is nothing short of magical. We had a ton of things planned, but our entire group just wanted to hang around the house. Wish we were able to stay longer, but we will 100% be back.

Spectacular property! The view is out of this world absolutely incredible location. The property has EVERYTHING the hosts really really care about their guests. Kitchen fully equipped, oven, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron, bathroom toiletries and towels, plenty of plug sockets, comfy living area and separate dining with incredible view. Parking spot and waterside picnic table, kayaks and a hot tub! Beds were made up for us and they left us a manual with useful information. They were kind enough to receive a package we had shipped before we arrived and how could I forget the roof top sundeck with a 360 view!

Where to begin on the reasons Loza House is amazing!! With endless bait and switch properties/hotels out there, often leaving me disappointed and feeling ripped off, I am so beyond happy to steer as many weary travelers as possible straight to Loza. Within seconds of stepping foot on the property, it's immediately obvious the owners take excellent care of the property, it is meticulously maintained, and naturally absolutely breathtaking. I'm often hesitant to choose a house with a private room over a hotel, as I keep later hours for work and prefer privacy, but I am SO GLAD I went ahead and booked here. The downstairs suite would be amazing for couples. The screened-in deck and hot tub pictured are for your private use only! There were other guests on the property, and I was nervous there would be kids everywhere, but the way the grounds were designed, it feels like your own private (huge) lake. I brought my paddle board and LOVED being able to take a few steps from my room down to the water, and without any fuss or effort, be out on the water. All that, and only a 5 min drive to anything you'd need for restuarnts/bars/antique shopping... this location had it all without pretension. And a very close drive to endless nature trails (if you can tear yourself away from the house. I barely did). The property owners go above and beyond to ensure your every need is met, and that they are doing everything humanly possible to enhance your stay and make sure you feel accommodated. Truly wonderful, kind, and welcoming people. Overall, on every level, I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and I genuinely can't wait to return.

From the room to the view and hospitality, everything was just perfect. The best part for us was listening to the waves at night and in the morning from the screened porch.

Mosquitoes were an annoyance when we went near the trees, foliage, bit honestly everything was perfect.

The view was amazing. So much thought and care was put into the Loza house. I was able to enjoy it while still having to use a walker.
