Loza house adirondack screened-in porch unit lake front

The LoZa house is an amazing place to be, the location is great, while we were there the sunrise was amazing 😍, we even had snow in the afternoon the same day, we were so blessed having that weather with those amazing views of the lake and the mountains. Jon was a great host, he was always ready to help us with everything. We want to thank them because we were looking for a place to have our family that came to visit us for our small wedding and we ended up asking them for permission to have our wedding ceremony at LoZa house and they were happy to do it, so, they made our special day even better ☺️🙌, we cannot be thankful enough with them. Thank you for the magnets you gave us with the date of our wedding and also thanks to your kids for the drawing s they made of James and I, you are a very kind family ☺️. I recommend everyone to book this amazing place, even if you live in Plattsburgh, this is a great place to experience.

Everything was perfect.

The place is absolutely gorgeous! The location is exceptional, and the space is very well decorated, very welcoming and warm. The hosts are friendly and available to make sure your experience meets your expectation, which is fantastic! Got to admit the heated floor is wonderful :) and the view of the lake is to die for! Definitely would come back here anytime! The place makes the Adirondack experience authentic, in a very comfortable way!

The property has a great location right at Lake Champlain. A converted basement/lower floor/rec room + screened porch. Private entrance. Every thing comfortable even has a gas fed wood burning fireplace. fairly steep lawn leading to a cliff with stairs going to a lower area and the lake itself. Awesome view of the lake. Didn't have a chance to try the other amenities like the hot tub or paddle boat. Ausable Chasm is the main tourist draw in the area and its really worthwhile.

Cooking facilities are somewhat limited if you want to cook rather than reheat pre-packed things or leftovers. Place was a little hard to locate after dark: very poor street lighting. I consider these minor complaints compared with what you get.
