Riverside by Teil Luxurious one bed Apartment

Very good communication on how to access the property and checking in that we had everything we needed. Lovely breakfast and bottles of water let for us. Toiletries were very helpful. Thank you

We didn’t expect to have breakfast cereals with fresh milk provided. That was a welcome bonus!

Nothing. It was exactly as expected. Value for money.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the river along which there are lovely walking tracks. It is an easy walk to the city centre. There is free car parking available on the streets at the side and front of the apartment. The landlord was very helpful with advice about local tourist attractions. The landlord responds very quickly to any questions. We liked the willingness of the landlord to seek feedback about his rental property. We like to stay in self contained accommodation which this place is. The landlord supplied some breakfast cereals, milk, tea, coffee and sugar, shampoo and shower gel. Towards the end of our stay we found out we had access to a larger kitchen in an adjoining room and that is where an ironing board is located.

The only seating in the apartment was quite a low two seater couch. We like to have a table and chairs in an apartment and the landlord received this feedback in a positive manner. The cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment is minimal, eg, no bread & butter plates, only two large glasses and two mugs.

Had a great 2 day stay! The place was clean, comfy, and in a good location. The host was great too. Would definitely come back.

Easy to find and close to railway station

The owners often the property came to visit, due to us having a long stay and was really friendly and accommodating to us.

We didn’t like how the light was automatic for the bathroom!
