Luxury Shirley Apartments close to Solent Uni and Southampton Central Train Station

The location of the property was perfect being a few minutes away from the train station and many stores.

Resolution of issues were not prompt because the property didn’t have a staff on ground. Also, I got charged a separate £80 for cleaning and I’m not sure why because for the 5days I was in residence, the apartment was not cleaned. One would expect that the apartment is cleaned before my arrival and after my departure for the next occupant and this service should be included in the total bill.

The bed was comfortable, the internet worked well, right next to the house was a Polish kiosk

The studio was 12 m2 instead of 40 m2, the shower did not work properly (the water was too hot and could not be regulated). In the room there was no table or chair, so you could eat only in bed. The sink was dirty and the pillows too. You could hear everything that was happening upstairs in the neighboring apartment. The staff was extremely rude and ignored all complaints.

Clean, comfortable, warm, location fairly good.

Not easy to find and access.

Close to the city which was ideal for our stay. Also, clean room which was really nice.

Nothing to dislike, did the job well for our stay.
