Easy to get keys from lockbox

Door would not open even with key had to yell for someone to open it. Needs to be fixed entry into building

The nearness of the property to the railway station

The noise from the flat above. And having to slam the front door to close it.The fridge was quite noisy.

property details state there is a seating area and dining area [ checked the host website today and still states that] there isn't ....so I spent the whole six nights eating off the bed, also I think the hosts should consider changing the mattress as really uncomfortable, overall it served the purpose as I needed somewhere close to where I was working but wouldn't return, a standard premier Inn room [nearby] is twice the size with a desk, seating area and cheaper

Clean

No seating area, no dining area, no view, very small. The property was not as described in the booking confirmation. When I asked about this I was told I was rude! The property appeared to be student accommodation in not a very good area.

Too small for 2 people, smaller than a studio. Area offered nothing, TV service and WiFi was disrupted often, no air-conditioning, no amenities not even a bar of soap.

We arrived late at night and there were not enough linen, bedsheets and towels for the number of persons we had paid. The room was with size less than half of the described, on the ground floor near the garbage bins, there was not garden. Nothing was luxury. Bad location far from the city center, The room was backside of the property on another street and difficult to be found.

It was close to the train station, very good WIFI, friendly staff, very clean, great TV with ability to connect to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc..

It was so quiet and peaceful. A nice refuge to escape after a day of shopping or exploring the many sites of interest in Southampton!
