Luxury Shirley Apartments close to Solent Uni and Southampton Central Train Station

Had everything in it apart from à tray as there is nowhere to sit and eat except on the bed. Within walking distance of the town centre

Noise in the corridors,doors slamming , washing machine opposite my room,could hear everything in the flats on both sides and above,even people making noises on the loo ,so unpleasant! Describe as luxury apartments it certainly wasnt,my room was named exécutive studio, 40m2, it was no more than 12m2. Had to eat standing up. The mattress cover was full of stains,good job i only noticed it the day before i left. Won't go there again

I wouldn't call it Luxury! Constant humming noise from next door room. Floor not very clean, sticky on door thresholds. No instructions for WiFi or anything else in room. Room door didn't fit so rattled everytime someone opened front door . Noisy area, on a very busy main road. No blinds on velux windows so woken up every day by light shining in. No free parking in the area, all permit holders only. Low ceiling above toilet so can't stand up to use if you are taller than 5ft! No plug for kitchen sink. Stayed 10 days and room wasn't cleaned during stay.

The room is exactly as the picture. Location is close to the train station.

Shower gel and shampoo not provided as advertised. Front door needs to be slammed hard to close, which is scary as it is loud and sounds like someone is opening my door. WiFi password not readily available in the room.

Very Good Location - close walk to station and town centre. clean and tidy

Bare light bulbs. wash basin in shower room much too small and difficult to use. position of TV made it impossible to watch without moving the sofa. no drinking glasses. Was told there was guaranteed parking either on site or in street but onsite parking very small and all streets yellow lined.
