Luxury Shirley Apartments close to Solent Uni and Southampton Central Train Station

It was so bad, that we did not stay in that property. We moved and checked -in in a hotel.

Dirty and uncomfortable.

The Osbourne pub across the road.

The bed had a big dip in it. The front door was hard to Close.

The shower, the hot water pot, and teabags.

The unit is not clearly marked with the address. The bed, not very comfortable. The guy in the alley outside our window smoked like a chimney, we often had to close the window.

Clean and everything was new of reasonable quality

There was no table or even chair. The bed was awful, falling mattress and hard ridge in the middle. There's parking space for one car only, there are 6 flats in the building. The internet was temperamental,sometimes work most of the time not. I had to use my phone. Room is once a week only. Management quite unhelpful. I paid £830 for 10 nights much better Options around

The property wasn’t at all what was described and was missing facilities that are described. Hosts spent the week ignoring booking.com to fix the issues and when I did get communication from them at the beginning they were very blunt and rude.
