Pessima esperienza gestionale. Sono un socio Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite e ho commesso un errore di data nella prenotazione su Booking. Nonostante abbia inviato numerosi messaggi tramite la piattaforma per richiedere un semplice cambio data (non un rimborso, le date per la stessa stanza erano libere), la struttura non ha mai risposto. Ho speso 10€ in chiamate internazionali dall'Italia solo per sentirmi dire che "non gestiscono prenotazioni da piattaforme esterne". È inaccettabile che un hotel Marriott presente su Booking ignori totalmente l'assistenza clienti su quel canale. Anche il customer service centrale Marriott non ha fornito supporto, rimbalzando la responsabilità. Risultato: ho prenotato nell'hotel a fianco, 2 notti anziché 1, spendendo meno e ricevendo un trattamento migliore. Se prenotate qui tramite Booking, sappiate che sarete completamente abbandonati a voi stessi in caso di necessità. Prima volta che lascio una recensione negativa, ma è inaccettabile.
