"After stealing our money they told us they couldn't help us with a room"

The staff lost all our information and offered no help whatsoever. We ended up losing the entire fee and got nothing for it. Ill never use booking.com or fairfield inns again

Hotel is clean and located not far from the Kennedy space center. Du to proximity to watching places we were able to watch the launch of Space X Falcon 9.

Disposable tableware during the breakfast.

The hotel was fine. Very clean and comfortable.

At checkin the front desk staff was having issues with there reservation system. There were several guests in the Lobby that could not check in even though they had confirmed paid for reservations. The front desk clerk was very rude to the guests and to us. She refused to call a manager to help resolve the issues. Finally the manager showed up and was very helpful and courteous.

Lots of choices for breakfast. Parking area was fine and easy to get inside from outside doors. Room was comfortable.

No variety for breakfast. Could open earlier. Tables were packed.

The AC unit was very loud which made it hard to fall asleep at night. The rest of the room was good yet that aspect made it hard to enjoy the one night.
