Better than average for these hotels

Very clean great staff

Nothing/pool could have been heated

Frukosten hade kunnat få ha lite större utbud med den var ändå ganska bra. Annars finns det verkligen inget att klaga på.

There could be a little more variety for breakfast.

New and modern looking.

Breakfast ended too early so we could not experience it. I expected my room to be cleaned after my first night but it was not. I had to ask for clean towels at the front desk. When I asked about the room getting cleaned, the desk clerk just smiled and shrugged her shoulders. I asked for a late checkout the day before but still had to be out by noon.

I like the location good area, close to everything.

I didn’t like how they weren’t accommodating at all. Me and my friend stayed here with an infant. The cleaning lady opened the door and saw the lights here off and then just left. We got up and opened the lights and told her to come back she never did. About an hour lady I called the front desk (the phones never worked) and explained to her the situation and she said they couldn’t come buy and clean cause it was to busy. I explained to her the cleaning lady was going to take the time to come in here anyways so why did it matter … she tried to tell me it didn’t matter if my room was clean or not cause we were checking out the next day. I explained we had an infant that had an accident all over the bed and we needed it cleaned by the time we were ready for bed. The lady on the phone said she’d bring someone to clean when it was less busy. I said that’s fine. After I hung up the phone they sent a lady with towels and sheets for us to do it ourselves. I just felt like it could have been handled better. If the lights weren’t off the lady was going to come and clean anyways…. The cleaning lady never said or asked if she could come in, she kinda ran off and the front desk people where no help. The breakfast was mainly pork which we don’t eat. One of the ladies at the property told me I couldn’t take the free breakfast milk and poor it into my babies bottle for breakfast. I explained to her I wanted to feed my baby just until I made it to buy more…. She kinda rolled her eyes. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

A spacious room and bathroom, on-site gym and clean pool

The housekeeping could do a better job vacuuming. On the day of check-in I looked under the beds and there was trash under there (used tissues, old fortune cookie, etc.). This tells me that it doesn't get vacuumed under the beds, only surface cleaning.

The room size and staff were very good

The noise from the room air unit. Made a lot of noise at night. The room number was 725
