"酒店在住户已在Booking支付全额房费后多扣了一晚房费！！！"

房费US$255.36 已经在Booking上全额支付了，到店之后居然又扣了一晚的房费US$127.68。准时入住准时退房。联系客服退还多扣费用没有人回复也没有人跟进。第一次有这么糟糕的住宿经验，无故被酒店多收了一晚房费！谁住谁是怨种。

Friendly staff. Nice location and accessible. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was new and parking was secure. Very pleasant experience . The only thing I would work on is the breakfast area. Needs more options available and condiments for stations. I would also recommend you still use individual creamers as well for coffee stations. Waffle station needs more options for topping as well.
