Mid leading advertisement of rooms, fully paid and when checking in and reviewing the hotel and our room, it was nothing like what had been paid and booked for. It was like the photos had been taken off a luxurious hotel. When querying this, no help or resolution was given. I am still waiting for a full refund!!! Utterly disgusted. The hotel even admitted to booking.com that the photos were untrue to the room that had been booked, so why have I still been charged???

"Worst experience, dirty bed linen."

By far the worst hotel in terms of cleanliness. I had to change my room twice. Room and bed linen were very dirty. The pics in the listing are very misleading. Not sure how this hotel got a rating of even 7.5. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to any family. Please avoid and find something else.
