Location is excellent. The room size is quite big. The bathroom is clean and big.

Bed sheet of one of the bed was dirty. The hotel is located on road so honking can disturb your sleep.

In spite of confirmed booking with partial payment, they denied me the room and also denied refund

i am not satisfied with the service provided by the booking.com and oyo customer care and behaviour of hotel receptionist as i suffered a lot while check-in at night. customer care are totally dependent on receptionist of hotel. during check-in time receptionist told me that you have online booking so we will only provide mattress for 3rd person, rather then providing proper room with 3 bed although i have paid for 4 personal-3 adult, 1 child. while tough debate with customer care declined to either refund or providing additional bed, it seems from the talk with other customers at reception having physical booking hotel was flexible.
