AUWe made a booking to stay with the hotel earlier on the day - the booking advertisement on booking.com stated that no prepayment was needed & to pay at the property. Once the booking was confirmed we were harassed across a number of hours to make a deposit payment before arriving, we informed them we would bring cash in full. Upon arriving , we discovered that the hotel had cancelled our booking (we arrived before the said time for cancellation) , which forced us to have to find alternative accomodation. This was very unprofessional and we were glad we didn’t stay at the hotel. The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming.
