The room was extremely dirty. The linens provided were stinky, stained, and clearly not cleaned. There were visible cockroaches in the room. Despite my immediate request for clean linens and a room change, my requests were denied. Disappointed and concerned for my comfort and safety, I left the hotel premises for the day. I was alarmed to find that one of them, who appeared intoxicated, entered my room without permission. As a solo female occupant, this was an unsettling experience that left me feeling vulnerable and unsafe.
