Condo was nice size and furnished well

Condo was a little rough, the tables and dressers need painting or updating. The shower had a lot of mold and there were several lights not working. Included the master toilet light and one of the masters lamps. The kitchen supplies were minimal.

View was beautiful! Beach was excellent. Parking was very easy. Staff was very friendly. The room could use a fresh coat of paint but was great for us considering we weren't in there much.

Well they didn’t give me the code to the outside door, there are two doors on this unit, they gave me the code for the inside only, had to get code from housekeeping to get into room. no wristbands or parking pass and had to agrue with them about getting them for our room, which was suppose to be in room when we checked in at 4pm. couch was dirty stained, had to put a sheet over it to sit on. All appliances were out dated and refrigerator was rusty all around the bottom and sides, room had carpet in it and was old and stained. No service what to speak of for getting towels, they gave me an address to go pick some up??? What the heck 2 washcloths for the week and 3 towels for 2 people, never again booking with this resort collection company again

Condominium was old and dated, as well as furniture. Appliances had rust, bed mattress was old and had humps. We got bed bugs bites in the master bedroom. Walls were in terrible condition. Parking and elevators were a hassle. Wouldn't recommend or stay there ever again.

The condo design and view was ok. Cleanliness was awful, stained linens, flooring was filthy. The bathroom sink was plugged since we checked in and they took over 26 hours to send someone out.

The bunk bed was not sturdy and the toilet was not working properly. There was a stain on the couch when we arrived as well, I called the property and they just had someone wipe it down and it reappeared again. Did not feel clean at all. Had young children while someone near our balcony was smoking weed. Would not recommend to families with small children.
