We arrived around 1 a.m., and the apartment was not prepared for three guests. There was no bedding for the sofa in the living room and no towels provided. The TV remote control had no batteries, and the apartment was quite cold. I contacted the property, and these issues were addressed the following morning. However, the living room pillows and the duvet were in unacceptable condition, and the sofa was dirty and clearly needs a thorough cleaning. In the bedroom, the window faces the building’s entrance hallway, so the hallway light turns on every time someone passes by, which was disturbing.
