Cozy APARTHOTEL - Ultracentral Luxury Apartments Iasi

The apartment is big, new and clean. The location is good, few minutes walking from Palas Mall.

There was a table but no chairs, a coffee machine but no coffee capsules. There was a weird smell in the bathroom, maybe coming from the plumbing, because otherwise the flat was sparkling clean. So a few improvements would be great.

Location is good and that’s it

This trip was ruined solely because of this wonderful accommodation. It all started when we arrived. On the positive side, we were allowed to check in early, and for that, we are grateful. However, everything went downhill from there. Upon arrival, we were given the apartment number and went to check in. To our surprise, it wasn’t the apartment we had booked. I sent a picture of the apartment I had reserved and explained that we booked that one. The host told us to go to the correct apartment. When we entered the correct apartment, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. It was clear that someone had smoked heavily in the apartment for years. It was impossible to stay there. When the host arrived, I tried to resolve the issue. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked for another apartment, and he said, “This is all we have.” When I requested a discount due to the condition of the apartment, he refused, saying, “We don’t provide discounts. If you don’t like it, you can find other accommodation—we have high demand.” This kind of response was extremely unprofessional and far from welcoming. The lack of care for the guests’ experience was obvious. In the end, we reluctantly stayed in the first apartment (not the one we had booked) because it didn’t smell as bad. However, the apartment itself was awful. It was poorly furnished, empty, and far from worth the price we paid. The apartment was very dirty, and the shower in the bathroom was leaking. I do not recommend this host or their apartments.

They cancelled my accomodation without letting me know the day I was supposed to arrive.

Location ultracentral, this is only the positive thing about the apartment we stayed on!
