Not much

The shower didn’t drain properly. The room phone didn’t work. It wasn’t even plugged in. The arrangement of the room was terrible. The bathroom was horrible.

Not taking responsibility what happens inside their hotel parking lot and having us pay extra for a extended 2 hour while figuring out what got stolen, poor manager communication.

Nothing plus about it. Really basic hotel, just one step up from a drive in. For the price charged on game day it should have been luxury. Breakfast is abundant but bland.
