"Great location to stadium, but property and room could have been a bit cleaner and well kept."

Location to the stadium.

Cleanliness of property and room. There were handprints on the room's window, scratches on the fridge, the floor had no obvious trash or debris, but needed a deep mopping (there was a dirt haze on the floor), and the faucet needed repair (sprayed water in all directions).

"A comfortable option for those going to a Royals or Chiefs game."

Planned to see two games at Kauffman Stadium, so the location was perfect. Saved a bunch of cash being able to walk to the ballpark instead of paying inflated parking prices. Breakfast had a waffle iron, which is all I need.

Great location for ballpark, but pretty isolated for anything else.
