The reception staff on arrival totally washed their hands of us. Wasn’t even prepared to help with questions about the area. Just wouldn’t entertain us at all. This is no reflection on the apartment or team that look after the apartments. It is a reflection on the lobby staff which are separate

The accommodation was absolutely luxurious! We had an amazing view, it was clean, it came with 2 massive bedrooms (1 a master suite) and 2 bathrooms. It was just 2 of us but the whole condo could fit 6 people comfortably with 2 doubles in one room. Each room had a view, the master had a balcony. A washer and dryer with laundry detergent there! The views were absolutely beautiful 😍. It is on the quieter end of Da Nang but still close enough to walk or catch a grab! We loooooved it. There was access to the pool, breakfast at the restaurant was affordable with either a city view or beach view. Maia and Tracey were so lovely and were in constant communication! They were amazing!
