Luxurious Ocean View Suites - My Khe Beach Front - Hinata Apartment

The apartment was very large and comfortable for my family of 4. It is located on the 26th floor. It was our favorite compared to all places we stayed during our VN trip. Beds are super comfortable and they provided enough towels & toiletries for our 5 days/4 nights stay. The Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to reheat meals. Bonus: washer and dryer in unit & they provide detergent! Staff was always a text message away and replenished supplies same day as long as you gave them notice. You will need to contact them and not the downstairs lobby. They offered food & hair services suggestions when asked. They arranged my Bana Hills tickets for me and answered questions. There is a “walkway” directly to the beach and it takes you to the quieter end which was nice if you didn’t want to be where the crowd was.

Unit can use a little updating and care. Shower area shows signs of wear and silicon needs to be resealed. Couch cushion needs to be replaced. The 2nd bedroom has a musty odor and dampness but a dehumidifier was provided.

Location

Apartment is HUGE. Washer & dryer included in unit are very convenient and greatly appreciated. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, and living room are very spacious. The AC works really well and keeps the entire unit nice & comfy. The pool area is super nice & clean with towels provided.

When we first stepped in the unit, the place has this musty smell. The laundry detergent was nearly empty and we didn’t get any refill. I found a huge chunk of hair on the couch so it wasn’t cleaned as well. The wait for the elevator was a nightmare, only 3 running for the entire building so they were always packed like sardine around 11-4pm. Location is a bit isolated but we just Grab food. Despite all the cons, the space & amenities made up for it.

Spacious apartment, very comfortable beds, washing machine and dryer - really savers in this climate. Towels replacement and cleaning upon request. Team responsiveness!

Rather dirty environment around the building. Some issues with mold smell, lack of safe box, dirty windows and balcony, ventilation system failure. Booking of gym and sauna in advance.

The beds were amazing. I've never slept so well. (Soft bed) The view was spectacular with city in the middle and ocean on the left and right. The apartment was comfortable and private. The apartment was very clean despite the things mentioned underneath. We had a WhatsApp chat with the staff and they were very helpful.

A smelly washing machine and a smelly wash cloth under the sink. However they were behind a cabinet door so you couldn't smell it normally.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to my requests, making my stay comfortable.
