The combined living and dining room was large, spacious and with good furniture and a good selection of kitchen pots pans and dishes. The two bedrooms available to us were airconditioned and the bedding adequate. The patio was a real plus, open with a good close view of the sea... even a bit of pleasant seaspray when winds were high,

The "private parking" was not available and even when we asked to pull off the main Bohol highway we were told there was not enough room as the host used up all the space by parking diagonally. We had to park on the main Bohol highway. The car back window was smashed overnight and reported to the Police in the morning. It was difficult to find the property as there was no sign... possibly because of bad relations with neighbours? Once we were shown the room there were chains and locks everywhere and too many signs "do this, don't do this, ..." The host must have had some very poor experiences or is paranoid. Beware dogs. Airconditioner was noisy. No airconditioning in main room.

Cannot imagine anything better than open your eyes and drink coffee next to sea. At low tide we explored little sea life and high tide even went to swim. There are rocky bottom, so you need shoes if go there. There are two villas for visitors and owners live at the same property also. So, you are not alone there. They have two big nice dogs, kids liked to play with them. Little swimming pool is clean and it is wonderful to swim in it and watch the sea at the same time. Kids swam there a lot. Owners helped us with everything and treated us like friends. They are so warm and friendly, you can feel like home. I think we got more from our visit, beacause they told us things you can find or visit nearby and life in there, we also saw places we couldn’t see if taking daytrips by some other organizers. Twin falls nearby were amazing! Visit there! Last 1,5km? were very hard, because rain has made road and stairs slippery and muddy, but local guide helped us (even with walking). Villa was fully equipment, so we cooked some of our meals there. Fresh fish next to bridge. Kid loved little shop with ice cream and one peso candies. I think we will come back someday.

Mattresses could have been little more supportive. But only one of us had that problem.

The property is nice like it’s private.It feels like home

It’s clean but not so clean like the trays where you can put the wash dishes.Toilet is also ok but the other bath where there is no warm shower the water is stinky.
